Day into night - A Sleepy Spirit Art

A black teardrop carrying a gold crescent moon and scattered gold dots hangs in the upper half of the picture, with a white cup and saucer drawn behind it. Below, a blue circle is broken by more black shapes, and the ground washes from turquoise through yellow-green to pale yellow.

Painted in acrylic, the black shapes laid flat over a washed and blended ground. A Sleepy Spirit Art is Alexandra Oana Albertsen, a self-taught painter who sets fairy tale figures against abstract grounds and signs her work Oana. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
