Sirius 3 - Priit Ruttas

Looser black pen loops run across a white sheet, gathering into heavy dark clusters low on the left. Near the centre a tall peaked form rises out of the scribble like a mast, and the line thins towards the top of the page until the white shows through almost clear.

Drawn in pen, built up from thousands of short overlapping strokes so the image appears out of the density of the line. Priit Ruttas draws to find new space, levels and dimensions in a picture, so that the eye keeps discovering something further each time it looks. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
