New Thing From London Town - Will Black

An ochre, red and brown city is crammed from edge to edge with hundreds of small figures drawn in pale blue and white outline. A blue lit archway stands at the centre, a staircase drops away to the left, and a red building with lit windows sits at the foot of the canvas.

Painted in oils, the warm ground laid in first and the crowd drawn over it in a single running line. Will Black paints in oils from Norwich and studied landscape architecture, human ecology and fine art at Central Saint Martins in London. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
