Two Blue Cats - Eva Hartman

A dark blue cat sits on a stool with its back to the viewer and its tail held straight up, while a bright turquoise cat stretches out along the floor to the right, head low and tail curled. Both are filled in with quick hatching, and the stool and the floor are given as single thin lines on an otherwise empty white sheet.

Drawn in ink and coloured pencil, the fur built from short parallel strokes over a loose outline. Eva Hartman sees herself as a visual storyteller, where every picture is a story, and works in digital drawing, watercolour, acrylic pens, felt pens and ink pens. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
