Pink hour on the beach - Ohkimiko

The shore is seen from straight above. Turquoise water fills the right half, worked in wide brushstrokes, and white foam runs in a long curling line where it meets the land. The sand on the left is painted in coral, salmon and hot pink with a stripe of orange, and thin white threads of spent wave reach up into it. There is no horizon and no figure, only the two colours meeting.

Created by Ohkimiko, a German graphic designer whose colourful, high-spirited work grew out of years in advertising and design. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
