I am Eddy Delplace, the artist behind Eds Art, based in Denderleeuw, Belgium. I create vibrant acrylic paintings inspired by pop art, graffiti, street art, and urban energy. My work is built through layers of bold color, strong contrasts, expressive marks, drips, and texture, giving each piece a powerful visual presence.

I often work with portraits, animals, and symbolic subjects that carry attitude, humor, and personality. Many of my paintings explore themes such as strength, boundaries, identity, and confidence. I enjoy turning familiar subjects into striking, contemporary artworks that bring character into a space and keep revealing new details over time.

My artistic process is intuitive as well as deliberate: I begin with an idea or subject, then develop the image through paint, contrast, and layered surfaces until the composition feels alive. Whether the work is playful, intense, or personal, I want each canvas to communicate energy and leave a lasting impression.
